Sales engineer
Job tasks:
• Represent the company in technical assignments with contractors, engineering offices and building companies domestically and abroad
• Preparation of project-related documents
• Handling technical and economic aspects of projects upon consultation, incl. financing (long term projects)
• Personal contact for key customers
• Strategic issues such as aids measures, award criteria, country and customer related technical demands
• Representation of the company in national organizations for sewage technology and standardization
•Creation and evaluation of market analysis and competitor assessments
• Support and training of the sales team in technical topics
• Implementation of workshops / training events/ seminars
• Make static, hydraulic and economic calculations by means of IT-programs and other tools
• Contacts to science, research and wastewater engineering institutes
• Treatment of complaints in specific cases and representation of the company in case of claims with respect to products and installation damages
• Communication and collaboration with other divisions within the company
